Summary Two-member bench of Supreme Court heard a Bhara Kahu murder case.
CJP observed the police misbehaved with innocent citizens. He said he would call all the AGs and would ask them hop much delay was caused in their provinces in presenting challans of the accused. The apex court suspended DSPs Chaudhry Mohammad Liaqat, Liaqat Khan Niazi, Inspector Chaudhry Mohammed Ishaq and Sub-Inspector Zulfiqar Ahmed for connivance with the accused.
