Summary ATC refused to adjourn hearing as accused lawyers were absent in Sarfaraz Shah murder case.

According to details, Rangers’ lawyer M.R Syed Advocate had filed an application in the court that he could not appear due to sickness.At this, Judge of Anti Terrorism Court adjourned the hearing and awarded the accused party two chances till 2 pm but hedid not appear.At this, the ATC judge started hearing in the absence of the lawyers. Amer Waraich Advocate, the lawyer of the accused Afser Khan, conducted cross-examination on the eye witnesses Abdul Rasheed, MLO Dr Ayyaz Ali and Sub-Inspector Nasrullah.The eye witnesses Abdul Rasheed while recognising the accused said that they were overwhelmed with madness at the site of occurrence.Looking at the victim stained with blood, the eye witnessgot upset, he added.
