Gilani vows greater female lawmakers role in development

Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani said that racing accomplishment would be done of development projects through women legislatures.The PPP’s female lawmakers from the Punjab Assembly called on the prime minister at his Lahore residence.He said that the government respect every institution and expect that political institutions should also be respected in return.Gilani said that no one dared to launch a long march during Musharraf’s regime but now the democratic government was being threatened to a long march.He said that the federal government was distributing development funds indiscriminately among the MNAs, the same formula should be applied in Punjab.Fiza Gilani, the prime minister’s daughter, announced her arrival in politics at the occasion.
