Summary The PMD has predicted more rains in Punjab, Khyber Paktunkhwa and Kashmir in the next 24 hours.
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) most parts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir will receive more rains during the next 24 hours. However, scattered rains are expected in Gilgit baltistan, Sindh and Balochistan.In Lahore, 104mm rain was recorded in the past 24 hours. Sialkot received 98mm, Sargodha 46mm, Gujranwala 40mm, Jacobabad 31mm, Peshawar 30mm and Faisalabad received 27mm rain.Dadu remained hottest place in the past 24 hours where mercury soured up to 46 degree Celsius. Balochistan also remained in the grip of heat wave.
