Summary CJP says efforts are being made to eliminate corruption and mismanagement from lower courts.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has said that the process of dispensing speedy justice is linked with the improved performance of lower courts.Addressing a ceremony at federal judicial academy in Islamabad, the CJP said that the lower courts had the position of backbone in any judicial system.He said that many complains of corruption and mismanagement in lower courts were received and efforts were being made to address such complains.
