Summary Commission has recommended names for six additional Peshawar High Court judges.
The Judicial Commission held a meeting under the chairmanship of CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry in Islamabad and recommended the names of six additional judges for the PHC.They are Khalid Mahmood, Fazlul Haq Abbasi, Nasir Hussein Khan, Waqar Ahmad Shah, Qaiser Rasheed and Malik Azmatullah. Their names would be sent to the parliamentary party for selection.
