Summary SC has ordered Attorney General to present Zafar Qureshis suspension notification on Thursday.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court (SC) headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry (CJP) will hear the NICL case on Thursday. The court has taken the notice of suspension of Investigation Officer (IO) Zafar Qureshi.The government suspended the IO of the NICL case only three day after his restoration on the SC order. The government has earlier transferred three other officers who were assisting Zafar in the case.The court also summoned Zafar for Thursday.
