Summary AJK by-polls scheduled to be held in the constituency LA-37 Lahore have been postponed once again.
The polls in the constituency were postponed after a clash between the PPP and PML-N workers on the occasion of AJK elections on June 26.After this, July 10 was announced as the new date for the by-polls.According to the sources, the Election Commission had also refused to conduct the polls without Rangers security.According to Deputy Election Commissioner Punjab, request for Rangers deployment in the constituency was forwarded as the fair polls were not possible without it.
