Outlaws rule Karachi as 12 shot dead

Panic gripped the city when firing started in Isa Nagri.Unknown persons shot and injured three persons. A mob then blocked a road in reaction. Police commenced firing to disperse the protestors.The situation was hardly peaceful in Isa Nagri that unknown armed men started firing in Sher Shah Scrap Market.One person was killed while five others suffered injuries.The firing continued intermittently in the area and enraged protestors threw stones on police and broke windows of vans.In the area of Kasba Morr, two men were killed while four injured in firing by unknown men.Markets were closed while people kept indoors.The most-affected area was Orangi Town where seven people were killed in different incidents.Three out of the seven were shot when they were travelling in a passenger van. Dozens of others sustained injuries.Police of the West Zone was called in to control the tense situation. Police commandos also joined the regular force to restore law and order.Despite chaos and critical situation, police avoided taking any action against devilish forces.
