Summary Dr AQ Khan submitted his reply in IHC regarding restrictions on his free movement.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman heard the petition filed by the federal government for seeking restrictions on free movement of Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan.Counsel for the Interior Ministry requested the court that Dr AQ Khan should be stopped from giving statement regarding national issues. The court observed that it would be decided after reviewing the matter, and adjourned the hearing for indefinite period.
