Summary SHC has disposed of MQMs petition about by-polls on two seats for Kashmiri immigrants in Karachi.
A Division bench comprising Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar conducted hearing on the petition filed by MQM.Sindh Advocate General Abdul Fatah Malik submitted the written statement in the court and assured that the Sindh government would make security arrangements when the elections on these two seats would be held.The court directed the Sindh government to prepare a report and submit it to Azad Kashmir Election Commission after taking all the stake holders on board.
