Summary Four people including two women were killed when a passenger van overturned near Phularwan.
The van driver was reportedly trying to avoid a collision with a car when the fell over the road fence in Sargodhas area of Phularwan. The van was going from Islamabad to Lahore. One of the injured dies at a hospital.Rescue teams reached the spot on getting the news and shifted the injured to hospitals.
