Pervez Elahi lambasts Buzdar Govt over non-issuance of development funds

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has expressed his indignation over the non-release of funds for development projects.

Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that why the budget passed by the assembly is not being released. What Punjab government is doing. If the decisions of the assembly are not obeyed, then it should be closed.

Pervez Elahi said that finance committee is a big obstacle in the way of development projects.

He said that the approved budget of Wazirabad Cardiology has not been given yet. What is the use of such a budget which is circulating in the committees, Imran Khan also inaugurated this project.

He said that he had spoken to the Chief Minister of Punjab himself but nothing was done about Wazirabad Cardiology.
