Summary AJK High Court returned the petition filed by the PML-N against alleged rigging s in the AJK polls.
The PML-N has challenged polling process in LA-40 Valley-5, LA-39 Valley-4 and LA-37 Lahore.PML-N pleaded to the court that the polls should be held in theses constituencies after correction in voter lists.The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) High Court returned the petition with objection and directed PML-N to move the election tribunal.
