ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared suspension of license of a pilot by Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as null and void.
As per details, the court nullified July 14 suspension of license of pilot Syed Saqlain.
Chief Justice Athar Minallah announced the verdict after hearing arguments of both sides.
