Summary Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to Tehsil Hospital Fathepur.
LAYYAH (Dunya News) – At least three labourers were electrocuted to death and three other were critically wounded in Chak No 294-TDA on the outskirt of village Fathepur near Layyah on Friday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the labourers were busy in erecting a tent for and marriage ceremony when an iron pole accidently touched the overhead electric wires. Six labourers received severe electric shok due to which three died on the spot while three other were injured.
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to Tehsil Hospital Fathepur. Rescue sources said that two of the wounded were later referred to District Hospital Layyah due to their critical condition.
