Interference of establishment in politics 'detrimental' to country: Sirajul Haq

MULTAN (Dunya News) - Leader Jamaat-e-Islami Senator Sirajul Haq says that interference by the establishment in politics is harmful for the country. He said that PTI’s incompetent government has hit a dead end, the Prime Minister tells the nation not to panic but is nervous about opposition rallies itself.

Addressing a press conference in Multan, Siraj-ul-Haq said that no one in Pakistan’s history has seen such an incompetent government. 850 days of the nation have been wasted. The man who staged a 126-day sit-in is stopping rallies by force. I condemn the arrests of PDM workers and the government should withdraw the cases against them, he added.

He further said that this government handed over occupied Kashmir to India, now Azad Kashmir is going to be made a province. Our foreign policy has failed, our friends, including China, are displeased with us, he said.

Siraj-ul-Haq announced that he will be holding rallies to rid the people of this government. However, he said that Jamaat-e-Islami joining the PDM would be tantamount to reviving family politics.

All parties promised South Punjab province but did not come good on it, Jamaat-e-Islami will fight for this deprived region, he added.
