Nawaz Sharif will be brought back in any case: Shahzad Akbar

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Adviser to Prime Minister Barrister Shahzad Akbar has said that Pakistan has requested the British government for the return of Nawaz Sharif, government will bring him back in any case.

Talking in the Dunya News program "Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath", he said that Nawaz Sharif was sent abroad for a limited period but he could not provide any medical evidence.

Shahzad Akbar said that Nawaz Sharif is healthy and doing politics, he has been in UK for a year on visit visa. Visitors can stay in the UK for up to 185 days on a visa. Nawaz Sharif got an extension because of Coronavirus.

He asked Nawaz Sharif what disease he had which could only be treated in the UK.

He said Pakistan has requested the British government for the return of Nawaz Sharif. We will bring him back in any case.
