Eight die as roof of house collapses in Parachinar

PARACHINAR (Dunya News) - Eight persons were killed 30 others injured in roof collapse incident in Parachinar area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Today (Wednesday).

The accident took place in the border area of Piwar in Parachinar. The wedding ceremony was being held at a house and many people were present at the time of the incident.

According to rescue teams, the roof of the collapsed house was rotten. Eight people, including women and children, were killed and 30 were injured in the tragic accident. As soon as the incident was reported, police and rescue workers rushed to the spot and rushed the injured to the hospital by ambulance.

The locals also took part in the rescue operation and transported the injured to the hospital in private vehicles.

According to hospital sources, eight people have been killed in the accident so far, including women and children, while all possible medical facilities are being provided to the injured.
