LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday suspended notification regarding non-public auction of Toshakhana gifts by federal government till November 23.
As per details, LHC while hearing a plea against the auction of the gifts, sent notice to attorney general and others.
During the hearing, Chief Justice remarked that the process does not seem transparent from the start and asked why is only civil bureaucracy is eligible for this.
