Justice Iftikhar chaudhry said as to why the judges should have regrets over others’ mistakes. 11-member SC bench is hearing Bhutto reference case. Baber Awan argued death sentence is never give in the case abetment. On this the CJP said law says both the real and co-accused should be punished.
