Summary Valuables worth million of rupees were reduced to ashes by the fire.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Fire broke out at a plastic factory situated near Azeem Plaza in Garden area of Karachi on Thursday which spread very quickly and engulfed the entire factory, Dunya News reported.
Three fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort of three hours. A fire fighter also received injuries when some portion of the factory collapsed due to intensity of the blaze.
The injured person was immediately rushed to hospital. Rescue sources said that the cause of fire was not yet known. They also informed that plastic and other valuables worth million of rupees were reduced to ashes by the fire.
