Summary The two day foreign secretary-level talks between Pakistan and India will be held in Islamabad.
The Indian delegation would be led by Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao would arrive in Islamabad in the evening. The Pak-India secretary-level talks would be held in three rounds. The first round would be held today in Islamabad in which regional security situation would be discussed. The second and third round would be held tomorrow.The Kashmir issue would be discussed in the second round while in the third round confidence-building measures and dialogue on friendly exchange would take place.India’s Foreign Minister S.M. Krishna said that a lot should not be expected out of the talks. He also added that talks would be held on all outstanding issues with Pakistan.
