Rehbar Committee discusses strategy to strengthen bond between opposition parties

Summary Rehbar Committee members deliberated upon the date of the All Parties Conference (APC)

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Rehbar Committee, presided over by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader Akram Durani, has met today (Thursday) in Islamabad to discuss strategy to further strengthen the ties between the opposition parties.

During the session, the members deliberated upon the date of the All Parties Conference (APC) while they also exchanged views on the ongoing political situation of the country.

The meeting was attended by Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Ahsan Iqbal and Marriyum Aurangzeb of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Nayyar Bukhari and Farhatullah Babar of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and leaders of eight other opposition parties.
