Summary Justice Saqib Nisar will head commission on Saleem Shehzads killing.
Earlier the government appointed Justice Javed Iqbal and Justice Saqib Nisar but they reused as the CJP Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry was not taken into confidence.Journalists’ body moved the court for judicial commission on Saleem Shehzad’s killing.The government will appoint rest of the members of the commissions. It will also issue a notification stating the mandate of the commissions.Justice Javed Iqbal has said he considered heading a commission on Abbottabad as a national duty, while Justice Saqib Nisar was of the view he would only head it if CJP appointed him.
