Summary Heavy down pour has made weather pleasant in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and surrounding areas.
Rawalpindi and Islamabad region received heavy rain with strong wind and thunder. Hail storming was also recorded in few areas of the region that turned weather pleasant.According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, rain with thunder and lightning is also expected in Lahore, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur and Hazara divisions.However, the heat will continue to sear the southern parts of the country.
