LAHORE (Dunya News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NBA) has approved to file corruption reference against Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif in assets beyond means case, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.
According the details, the anti-corruption watchdog has also approved to file corruption references against Shehbaz Sharif’s sons – Hamza Shahbaz and Salman Shahbaz.
Furthermore, supplementary references will be filed against former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and erstwhile finance minister Miftah Ismail in Liquefied natural gas (LNG) case. The NAB has also nominated Abdullah Shahid Khaqan, the ex-PM’s son.
