Summary Peshawar High Court issued prohibitory orders against current raise in NEPRA rates.
As per detail, two-member bench of PHC comprising Justice Ijaz Afzal and Justice Mazhar Alam while suspending the NEPRA orders issued on May 17,2011 dismissed raise in electric power rates.Secretary Water and Power and Chairman NEPRA were also issued notices.
