ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) –Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and Member of National Assembly (MNA) Aamir Liaquat on Monday said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has rejected his resignation.
According to Aamir Liaquat, he presented a four page resignation to PM Imran Khan during a meeting with the premier. PM Imran Khan appraised him for raising voice for issues of Karachi, he added.
Earlier, Aamir Liaquat, in a tweet, said that he will submit his resignation to PM because he is unable to provide electricity to the people of Karachi.
Aamir added that he confesses that he is a helpless MNA of Karachi and he cannot witness suffering of people of Karachi and his constituency.
