All opposition parties united against illegitimate government: Fazlur Rehman

KARACHI (Dunya News) - Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that the country’s economy has stalled, and all opposition parties agree that the federal government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is illegitimate.

He expressed these views while talking to the media after condoling Mufti Naeem’s demise to his son, the superintendent of Jamia Binoria Site.

Fazlur Rehman said that Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain told the media that the government was being advised to attack our long march, so he intervened. The PML-Q chief should have disclosed all the details, he added.

Continuing, he said that Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain resumed formal talks and praised our foresightedness. He said that the PML-Q Chief should also clarify how the matter was resolved, and what change he predicted by March.

The JUI-F leader said that Pakistan’s economy has stalled but all opposition parties agree that this government is illegitimate imposed on us through fraud. Those who have imposed this incompetent government on the nation are equally responsible, he said.
