Summary Doctors announced to close government and private hospitals against arrest of their companions.
The representative of young doctors association Dr Rashid Baloch said that they wished to record their protest in a peaceful manner but police tortured them on the order of the provincial government in which 20 doctors sustained injuries out of whom six were said to be in critical condition.They said that their demands should be met as is the case with the doctors of other provinces and their companions should be released on priority basis.
