Summary Attorney General Anwarul Haq said Supreme Court order on Rangers and Police would be implemented.
Talking to the media, he said a verdict based on suo moto notice cannot be challenged. He stated that a review petition against a Supreme Court order that the Ranges director general and the Sindh inspector general of police should be removed within three days could not be filed on technical grounds.Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered that the Ranges director general and the Sindh inspector general of police should be removed within three days for a transparent investigation process. According to Sindh Advocate General Fateh Malik, the appeal has been postponed on the advice of Pakistan People’s Party leader Babar Awan and that the appeal would be filed once the investigations process was completed.On the other hand, Anwarul Haq said that the review petition could not be filed on technical grounds. He said that the Supreme Court orders would be implemented.
