Summary Court ordered to give American citizen in the custody of FIA who was arrested from Sukkur.
As per detail, police presented the accused in the court of judicial magistrate in tight security.Hearing the stances of Police as well as the accused, the magistrate ordered to refer the case to FIA.While commenting on the case, magistrate said that the American citizen was not a terrorist; rather his issue was related to visa. So his chain should be untied.
