Summary The copies of Supreme Courts order were sent related offices including Governor Sindh and CM.
Sindh government has decided to submit an application for review on the judgment of the case. Supreme Court has ordered to suspend Director General Rangers and IG Sindh within three days with the direction to complete the hearing of the case within 30 days. This decision was taken after the murder of a youth who was killed by Rangers in Karachi. Registry Branch of SC has also issued the copies of the judgment to Governor, Chief Minister, Chief Secretary, Secretary Interior Advocated General, Prosecute General, Registrar Sindh High Court, and IG Sindh. On the other hand Sindh Law Minister has asserted that murder of youth at the hands of Rangers was their personal matter. The head of the institutions cannot be held responsible for this. He further said that n they would submit an application in the SC keeping in view the ground realities.
