Summary The second round of talks between PML-N and JUI on opposition leader issue in Senate also failed.
The talks to settle the issue were held in the chamber of Senate chairman Farooq H Naik.Raja Zafarul Haq and Ishaq Dar of PML-N and Azam Swati, Maulana Gul Naseeb and Talha Mahmood of JUI participated in the talks.The Senate Chairman and Leader of the House Nayyer Bukhari represented the government.Talking to media after the meeting, Raja Zafarul Haq stated that the Senate chairman assured to review the issue after a debate on it from June 13, while PML-N demanded that the chairman should declare this decision was wrong before he reviews it.
