A petition has been filed in the Sindh High Court (SHC), stating that Rangers official has arrested Khair Ullah from Muzafarabad on 24 December 2010, but he has not been produced in any court.The petitioner said that he had information that Khair Ullah was later handed over to military intelligence. The petitioner appealed to the court to issue the order to produces Khair Ullah before the court.
