PML-Q to join government in Sindh, Gilgit-Baltistan

Summary Pakistan Peoples Party decided to join PML-Q in the government of Sindh and Gilgit-Baltistan.

The decision came after Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervez Elahi met with President Asif Ali Zardari at the President house. Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) would be given two positions of advisors and one ministry in Sindh while they would be given two ministries in Gilgit-Baltistan.According to sources, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain nominated IJaz Shah Sherazi and Haleem Adil Sheikh for the advisor positions and nominated Minister Provincial Assembly Sheheryar Mahar, son of Federal Minister Ghous Bux Khan Mahar, for the allotted ministry in Sindh. On the other hand, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain nominated Mirza Hussain and opposition leader Bashir Ahmad Khan to the president, for the two allotted ministries in Gilgit-Baltistan.
