Talking to the media after the budget speech, Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Chaudhary Nisar Ali has said that opposition parties had decided that they would not boycott budget session of the parliament but would record their protest. He said that the nation called them traitor if they had beaten desks during the budget speech, adding that they wanted to show the true picture of the country to the leaders.He stated that budget proposals had been leaked, therefore, there was no need to present it in the parliament.He strongly criticised the government and said it had no ‘will power’ to take the country out of severe crisis. Chaudhry maintained that President Asif Ali Zardari was holding the entire country hostage.
