Summary Rain is expected in several parts of the country, including Islamabad during the next 24 hours.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain is expected with thunderstorm in north-east Punjab, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kalat division.Rain with thunder storm is also expected in mango and cotton producing areas in southern Punjab tonight.During the last 24 hours, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, including most areas of upper Punjab and Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan received torrential rain. At least 35mm rain was recorded in Lahore.
