Summary SC has sought reply from the federal government on the appointment of OGRA chairman Tauqeer Sadiq.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Shakir Ullah Jan conducted hearing on the plea of OGRA Executive Director Muhammad Yaseen regarding the appointment of OGRA chairman with the allegations of corruption.Advocate Akram Sheikh appeared on behalf of Tauqeer Sadiq while Advocate Abdul Rauf pursued on behalf of the appellant Muhammad Yaseen.The Supreme Court sought the reply from the federal government and adjourned the hearing on the case till next week.
