Summary Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan expressed reservation on the Abbottabad probing commission.
Leader of the opposition in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said that neither the government had consulted him in the formation of the probe commission nor it took him into confidence.Nisar had written a letter to Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani for the formation of an independent commission to probe the Abbottabad incident in accordance with the joint resolution of parliament.He urged the prime minister to devise the national security policy according to the suggestions presented in the joint resolution.Nisar had recommended the names of Justice (r) Shafiur Rehman, Justice (r) Nasir Aslam Zahid, Justice (r) Fakhruddin G Ibrahim, Justice (r) Rana Bhagwandas, Mahmood Khan Achakzai and Asma Jahangir for the commission.
