Summary According to rescue sources, valuables worth millions of rupees were gutted by the blaze.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Fire broke out at a shoe polish manufacturing factory situated in Kot Abdul Malik near Lahore on Friday which spread very quickly due to presence of chemicals and engulfed the entire factory, Dunya News reported.
The blaze also injured two workers of the factory who were shifted to Mayo Hospital. Fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort of four hours.
According to rescue sources, the fire at the factory erupted due to short-circuit. They also informed that valuables worth millions of rupees were gutted by the blaze.
