The Sindh High Court has given a verdict that a chief minister can have only five advisors according to the constitution and advisors cannot work in place of ministers.The court gave this verdict on the petition file by Barrister Zameer Ghumro. The petitioner maintained that Sindh Chief Minister has more than five advisors and these advisors also have departments. During the hearing of the plea, Additional Advocate General Sindh Adnan Kareem told the court that the CM has only five advisors and they don’t work in any other department.
