Summary CID police claims to have arrested six TTP terrorists and seized weapons and drugs in Karachi.
According to the superintendent of police, CID, Fayyaz Khan, six terrorists of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban group, Ali Mehsud, Mumtaz Mehsud, Saeed Mehsud, Khaliq Tokhi, Gul Zaman and Saleem Afghani were arrested from the areas of Baldia Town, Manghu Pir Road and Landhi.According to the officials, the terrorists were involved in kidnapping for ransom, police encounters, drugs smuggling and illegal transportation of arms. They used to fund the TTP with the money earned through the above mentioned criminal sources.
