Summary Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that innocent people were being killed in drone attacks.
In retaliation, Taliban were attacking civilians in big cities including Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar, he added. While addressing a public gathering in Talamba area of Khanewal, the chief minister said that the countrymen need to support Nawaz Sharif to get back country’s dignity and respect. He said that only true leadership can transform the country into Quaid and Allama Iqbal’s Pakistan. Earlier the CM inaugurated the Wyne Shaheed Road in Mian Channu. He also offered ‘fateha’ on Ghulam Haider Wyne’s tomb. He opened DPS School Sports Stadium in Talamba. The CM also opened a kidney centre in District Headquarter Hospital Vehari.
