According to details, the flight was scheduled to take off at 11:00pm but left two hour early at 9:00pm and the passengers were not informed about the change of flight schedule.
The office of the private airlines was reluctant to give any explanation in this regard. On the other hand, the staff of the airlines at the airport also misbehaved with passengers who staged a protest against the airlines.
