Summary LHC has given last chance to NAB to submit reply on the petition regarding appointment of DG NAB.
Two-member bench headed by Justice Farooq Ahmad of Lahore High Court initiated hearing of the case.Advocate Azhar Sidique maintained before the court that the notification of the appointment of DG NAB Punjab expired on April 20, 2011 but he was not quitting his post.The court sought reply form NAB counsels who prayed for more time.The court showed displeasure and warned that the NAB DG Punjab would be summoned if the reply was not submitted on next hearing. The hearing was adjourned till Thursday.
