Summary Legal aspects of appointment are under discussion in Supreme Court: Ch Shujaat
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – President of PML-Q Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Wednesday said appointment of Army Chief is made through a proper procedure and legal aspects of appointment are under discussion in Supreme Court.
Talking to media, he said Indian media is mocking our judiciary and institutions after case of Army Chief’s extension. He said this is our internal issue and no one should take interest in our internal matters.
Shujaat said Pakistani Nation stands behind its forces and appreciates their efforts for peace in the country. He said India has to pay a heavy price if it took our internal matters in a wrong way.
He said Pakistan Army has the capacity to give befitting response to any aggression and the whole world praises Army Chief for his role in war on terror.
He said PML-Q and the whole nation is with Imran Khan’s decision to extend tenure of Army Chief.
