Summary Both the countries agreed to continue talks to resolve Sir Creek issue.
The two-day talks between Pakistan and India were held at the Ministry of Defence in Rawalpindi.S. Subba Rao, Surveyor General of India led his country’s delegation while Additional Secretary Ministry of Defence Rear Admiral Shah Sohail Masood headed the Pakistani side.According to a joint declaration, both sides agreed to continue the talks on the issue and a joint strategy would be formed for an amicable settlement of the issue.The date for the next round of talks would be decided with mutual agreement of both countries.
