Summary Mercury across the country is expected to rise as hot winds are likely to continue for two days.
The Meteorological Department of Pakistan has predicted that in southern and central Punjab, dry and hot winds would increase in the next 48 hours as temperatures are expected to rise.According to the Met Office, there would be no rains in the next three days in the southern and central part of the country. However, in Kashmir and adjoining areas, strong winds and thunderstorm are predicted with a chance of light rain.
